Of course, how we do this is a little more complicated. In a nutshell, our firm consists of specialists in a variety of business and technology areas, who evaluate and select business ideas that can be market tested within 30-60 days. Depending on the outcome, we can choose to spin-off the working product and associated IP, which would commence an aggressive growth plan. Our exit strategy is through an IPO or private sale, with operations funded by private placement and business cash flow so that we maximise the capital growth of our equity positions.
We have just filled our ideas pipeline with work commencing with our partners to prototype and market a few of those ideas. We expect results from our market test to be completed soon and we wish our teams all the best.
